Private Yoga Sessions for Moms
Private yoga sessions are designed to help overwhelmed moms slow down, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with themselves in a gentle, supportive space. Each session includes calming movement, breathwork, and simple yoga postures tailored to your comfort level, ending with a deeply restorative savasana to encourage rest, grounding, and relaxation.

Nervous System Wellness Coaching
Nervous system wellness coaching provides supportive guidance for overwhelmed moms who want to feel calmer, grounded, and more in control of daily life. Sessions focus on understanding stress and sensory responses in the body, then building simple, realistic tools to support regulation at home. You will leave with practical strategies for calming overwhelm, improving emotional balance, and creating a more steady, connected rhythm for both you and your family.
Session 1: Nervous System Intake and Support Call (60 Minutes)
A supportive, in-depth conversation to understand current stress, overwhelm patterns, sensory needs, and daily challenges at home. We will identify what is most impacting your nervous system and begin mapping out the kind of support that will be most helpful for you and your family.
Session 2: Nervous System Regulation Plan (60 Minutes)
A practical, focused session where you will receive a personalized regulation plan based on your needs. We will walk through simple, realistic tools and strategies to support calm, improve daily rhythms, and bring more steadiness and connection into your home life.
